Welcome

The cello is a versatile instrument, yet we rarely tap into its full-command mode unless there are no other instruments around. Welcome to the Cello Retreat where cellists come together to play chamber and orchestral music ranging from all styles of classical to jazz. Players learn from mentors with years of professional performing experience as well as from each other, with the goal of expanding their musical imagination, ensemble playing and improvisation skills.

Two programs are offered. In the Fall, Cello Chill is offered for adult cellists of all levels. In the summer, Cello Retreat is offered for cellists of intermediate to advanced levels.
